What's a girl to do? It's been raining off and on all day. We even had a tornado warning earlier today for about an hour. What a relief when the warning was finally lifted.
The girls had to be creative and find something to occupy themselves. So, what do they do you ask?
Alexa grabs my broom and they decide they are acting out the Harry Potter movie. Too funny!
But hey...whatever works. They played well together until it was time for Ava to go to dance class.
Alexa and I went to Northlake Mall to get a few things. She LoVeS the mall! Ava likes to go and enjoy the play area when we go to the mall, and Alexa wants to shop 'til she drops! She carried her purse and even pretended that her MP3 player was a phone, and walked around 'chatting' while we went from store to store. She's a hoot!
The rain has finally stopped, and the dinner I started is almost finished. We are having chicken drenched in salsa, rice and French style green beans. Mmmm!
